Access American Education Cancellation Policy:

• 60 days before the first fair–100% refund
• 36-59 days before the first fair: 50% refund
• 0-35 days before the first fair: No refund

* If payment has not been made at the time of cancellation, Access American Education will invoice institutions based on this refund policy.

Any delays in or failure of performance by AAE under their Agreement shall not be considered a breach of their Agreement, if and to the extent caused by occurrences beyond  reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God; Communicable Disease, Pandemic, changes in regulations or laws of any government; strikes or other concerted acts of workers; fires; floods; explosions; riots; wars; rebellion; and sabotage.

AAE assumes no responsibility for delays, losses or accidents or for damage to persons or property caused by any person, firm or corporation or other legal entity providing the following services: hotel, restaurant, transportation (including but not limited to transfer and sightseeing), or any other service incident or natural causes to these tours. AAE reserves the right to make any changes with or without notice, that may become necessary. When tour begins any unused portion of the schedule is not refundable. AAE also reserves the right to terminate tour services for any client at any time for good cause. AAE cannot be held responsible for any mistake that might occur in typography or printing.

AAE does not allow licensed agencies or agents to participate in their fairs.
